The team at Legion Mediation has decided to vary our rates if the case is Worker’s Comp in nature. Our Neutrals are happy to help you with your Worker’s Compensation case, and hope you take advantage of this exception when it comes to our rates.

WORKER'S COMPENSATION RATES:

2 Party Case = $225 Per Party Per Hour

3+ Party Case = $175 Per Party Per Hour

All rates have a 4-hour minimum.

An administrative fee of $100.00 per party will also be charged for each mediation.

Will this affect the rates of other case types?

No. The Neutrals who work with Worker’s Comp can also mediate other types of cases at their original posted rates.
